StudyTrips can arrange tours and events that range from day trips to complex residentials, from groups as small as 10 to over 1000, with every visit being tailor-made to meet the requirements of the department.

All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays in the brochure and on our website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme under our ATOL number 5620. Warren’s a Studytrips stalwart, with 23 years service, hence the grey hair! When he's not grooming his beard you'll find him lindy-hopping at vintage festivals or shaking his rattle at Hereford FC matches. His favourite destinations are New York and Lundy Island (a rock in the Bristol Channel where he got married).

Operations Manager

Carla was born and educated in Evora, Portugal and has lived in London since 2000. Before joining Studytrips in 2007 Carla worked in the retail industry gaining vital experience in customer care and management.
If given the opportunity, Carla would like to travel and explore South America, Brazil in particular.

Adelle grew up in a small village 10 miles from Stonehenge! She graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a degree in French and Spanish. Initially working as a TEFL teacher for Studytrips Summer Schools Adelle then moved to the Tours team. Her favourite country is Spain after living there for a year as part of her degree.

Kate has travelled around the world and led student volunteer Expeditions in Africa and Asia. After her experience out in the field Kate was keen to pursue a career in travel here in the UK and started working with schools coordinating expeditions and trips.

Amy Kingman

University Tours Manager

Amy is a University of Surrey graduate who loves languages, travel and learning about other cultures. She spent two years teaching English in Spain, in both Castilla Leon and San Sebastián and was a counsellor in a summer camp in New York State. Her favourite city to date is Rome.

Hannah Kidd

Hannah graduated from the University of Sussex with a degree in American Studies and History before going on to complete a Masters degree in Museum Studies at Newcastle University. After her studies Hannah lived in the United States and Peru before travelling extensively through South East Asia, Australia, South America and India. On returning to the UK Hannah joined Studytrips

Travelling around Asia after University and working in the tourist industry abroad, Emma’s interest in travel has never been doubted. Her hobbies include discovering new visits, trying new foods and experiencing new cultures. Emma concentrates on the operations behind the tours and she has been here at Studytrips since 2011.

Growing up in Australia, Kerry has been a keen traveller from an early age. Having worked in the travel industry for nearly 10 years, Kerry has managed to travel extensively throughout Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia. Her favourite country (so far) to visit is Spain with her dream destination being South America.

Dean spent his 20’s living in New Zealand, Canada and Australia and is now back in the UK organising fun educational trips for University students, to destinations as unique as Kosovo and Hong Kong and all the places in-between.
